Q) What if I only need a few badges, do I have to order 50 at one time?
No, the best part about our site is the ability to order in amounts as small as one. We bill in increments of 50 on a "pre-pay" basis.
Q) When placing an order, do I need to include which company I am ordering from?
No, we already know who you are when your login and password are entered. Line 1 and Line 2 are reserved for personalization, such as name (line 1), title or city (line 2).
Q) Can I see a proof of my name badge it's printed?
We will e-mail your proof ASAP following your order entry. Your order will be placed on hold until approval is granted.
Q) Are other backing types available?
Yes, in addition to the magnetic back, we also offer a pin-back style and a pocket clip style.
Q) How do I order a blank badge, without personalization?
Simply type the word "blank" in line 1 or leave blank and click the submit button, an order number will be given.
Q) How soon can I get my name badges?
Your name badge orders are usually printed and shipped out the same day. We ship using USPS, so expect your order in 7-10 business days. Although time in transit varies per location.
Q) What if I need my badges by a specific date?
We are here to help! Please enter your orders in as usual. Once this has been done please call us right away with your specific date. We are able to ship your orders out
using either UPS, FedEx or next day, 2 day, or 3 day, (separate freight cost will apply).
Q) Is the set up fee applied each time I place an order?
No, a set-up fee of $45 is charged on a first order basis. Once we have your artwork on file, you will never be charged a setup fee again.
